Ms. Kamau has a Master of Education in Rural Sociology and Community Development from the University of Nairobi. Her Bachelors degree is in Education (Arts) from Kenyatta University. Before joining the Public Service, Ms. Kamau had gained experience in the teaching profession for 10 years. She has over 18 years in the Public Service, having served in the Ministry of Youth Affairs, and now in the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection, State Department for Social Protection and Senior Citizen Affairs, where she is currently the Regional Coordinator, Social Development Nairobi.
