The Strategic Plan sets out the vision, mission and objectives of the Kenya National Library Service (KNLS) Board. The plan presents a roadmap in guiding towards the realization of the Board’s mandate and realignment of operations.

The goal of KNLS Board is to preserve national documentary heritage while promoting access to information by ensuring future generations benefit from our collective knowledge and transforming Kenya into a knowledge-driven economy.
